2019 Rose City Rumble
On Saturday, April 6th the Southern Ontario Marching Arts Collective help the first show of the season. The Rose City Rumble was hosted by Notre Dame School in Welland. It was great to see some familiar and some new faces.
The show opened up with Community Living Drum Corps performing their 2019 production "Through the Years". Following by the always entertaining Impact Entertainment. Performing next at their first SO-Mac show ever was Sam Sherratt Gator Drumline from Milton with their 2019 production "Gator Rock!". Impact 2 made the audience smile with their production of "Happier" just before the intermission.
After a brief intermission Community Living Drum Corps faced ICON Percussion in the Elimination Drumline Throwdown, with Community Living winning and moving on. In the Rose City Rumble Drumline Throwdown Champions where the defending champions where wait to face Community Living. Congratulations to Notre Dame for winning and receiving a trip right to the Championship Round of the Drumline Throwdown at the 2019 SO-MAC Championships in Hamilton on April 27th.
