I am really tired of not really making any progress on my personal goals. What I need to focus on is daily efforts. I know it is what I do consistently each day that is going to make the difference in my life long term and what is going to make me achieve my personal goals.
The first thing I want to focus on is the start and finishes of each day. I need to be in bed by 10pm so I can wake up at 5am. Waking up at 5am is something I have wanted for a long time. It is a proven trait of many successful people I look up to. My phone is a major distraction on going to bed at 10pm. I am going to go and get an old school alarm clock so I can shut my phone off at 9:45pm, and leave it off through out the night.
The second think I need to do is to pack food for the next day, and stop buying garbage food. This will help with my health goal and to help get me out of debit and give me more access to my money.
The third thing I am going to do is keep a strong morning routine. I am going to start with a 30 minute walk, shower, get dressed for the day, make and eat breakfast, make my bed. Monday to Friday I will leave right after that for work to arrive early and spend some time in prayer and spend sometime ready. On the weekends will spend my time in prayer and reading at home in a comfortable chair.
This is my main personal focus for the next 21 days.
